Strength testing
First, the fabric was tested in the Decathlon Sportslab. Once assembled, the dress was worn with a backpack for 10 hours of hiking to certify its strength in real-life.
Co-created with customers
This dress is a product of the Decathlon Co-creation Platform, where 100 users provided feedback and testing to help us perfect the design.

Using this waterless dyeing process enables us to reduce CO2 emissions linked to the production of the dyed component by at least 43% compared to conventional dyeing.
Using recycled polyester rather than conventional polyester reduces the CO2 emissions linked to the material by at least 16%.
